Feeding Parts----With elastic spring feeding device, it can feed easily with different width material, easy take out.

The machine equipped with Automatic precision system BMO which can measure Length in error between0.02mm—0.05mm, it can match perfectly characters or letters that CNC router made

Slotting Parts----Movable rail of cutter adopt Linear square rail (importedTainwan HIWIN), ensure slotting precision and verticality.

Custimized Bending device----with single bar,the minimum bending diameter can be less than 5mm, suitable for small letter or charactors.

Speed control knob, you can change the slotting speed as per different material, for example, aluminum, brass should be with fast speed,while stainless steel should be with lower speed to protect cutter. That is other supplier couldnot provide.

Remark: This machine is with two side Notching
